Two red cardinals on a snowy branch, a cream armchair with a tartan throw, and a tray of choc chip cookies cooling on an open cookbook. Heartfelt Home is pyjamas at noon with the kettle on and snow outside the window.
A Classic planner kit in pine green, soft blue tartan, cream and cardinal red, all original Planners Anonymous artwork, full of knitted jumpers, mittens and mugs of cocoa.
