Subscription Orders 🌟
Think of our subscription kits like a delightful surprise you pre-order each month! By renewing your subscription between the 28th of one month and the 27th of the next, you're guaranteed our latest themed kits (Planner Lover, Paper Lover, or Sticker Lover). We craft these kits based on the number of orders we receive, making each one uniquely special. We typically place final orders with our suppliers at the end of each subscription window, aiming to start shipping to you about 4 weeks later.
Pre-orders 📦
Occasionally, we offer limited pre-orders for special items like Melody planner covers or unique notebooks. We'll always be clear about expected shipping times, but please keep in mind, while we strive to meet these dates, unexpected production delays can happen. Our focus is always on quality, even if it means a slight wait.
In Stock Items 🚀
Most items in our store are ready and waiting to zip their way to you! Orders placed before 3pm AEST, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day by our fantastic team at Next Smart Ship. Just a heads-up: During busy times like Black Friday or public holidays, things might take a tad longer.
Splitting Orders ⚖️
We can't split orders. So, if your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll ship everything together once all items are ready. For faster delivery of in-stock items, consider placing separate orders.
Shipping Costs 🌍
Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on where you're located. Good news for our friends in the US (contiguous states only), UK, Australia, New Zealand, and selected EU and Asian countries - we offer free shipping on orders over AUD$100!
Delivery Timeframes ⏰
Delivery times can vary, but typically, 90% of our deliveries reach the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand within 10 days of shipping. Almost all deliveries happen within 21 days. If there's a delay, the Next Smart Ship team will have the most up-to-date info for you.

Oops! If something's not right, snap some pics of the delivery label and the items (including the barcodes) and reach out. We'll sort it out for you.
Why Ship from China? 🌏
Yes, we're Aussie proud, but our 'in-home warehouse' had to evolve! We moved our shipping hub to China in 2021 for three reasons: it's closer to our suppliers, more cost-effective for global shipping, and the team there is top-notch. This move means faster shipping for our global customer family!
Address Changes & Important Address Information 🏠
Got a new address? Please update it before your order is on its way! Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes to the shipping address. So, it's super important to ensure your address details are spot-on, including the postal/zip code and city (or suburb, as it's often referred to).
