Subscription Schedule

We ship kits all around the world, and design without any reference to a particular month; so our kits can always be used in full regardless of when they are received. We also have a back catalog of available past kits, planner goodies, and digital printables items which can be purchased while waiting for your subscription to start shipping

When you subscribe, you are billed in advance for a kit that is shipped approximately 4 weeks after the subscription window for that kit closes.
That said, we’re working very hard to ensure that we meet (and hopefully exceed) the following upcoming delivery plan to you.

Firstly, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and patience with Planners Anonymous. We always strive to deliver the best, and sometimes, life throws a curveball or two.

Not too long ago, our Planners Anonymous family was briefly sidelined due to a bout of influenza which took us out of action. We are now back on our feet, working tirelessly to rectify the issue and bring you a kit that will bring joy and spark creativity.

This week our Peach Promenade samples arrived at PAHQ and we identified a fault in the Kit Papers of the Peach Promenade kit. As you may be aware quality and your satisfaction are paramount to us, and we couldn't in good conscience send out a product that didn't meet our standards.

The silver lining? We are working tirelessly with our suppliers who have confirmed they will be ready alongside the upcoming Farmhouse Falls kit. These are due to arrive in our warehouse on the 20th of September and we will be dispatching both kits to you shortly after. The good news doesn't stop there; we are thrilled to inform you that we have recently significantly improved our shipping speeds, which we hope will bring a smile to your face and make the wait a little easier.

We understand the anticipation and excitement that comes with waiting for our kits, and also that this news might be disappointing. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. We're doing everything in our power to ensure that such instances are minimized in the future.
