Delivery and tracking
Read our current shipping information. For help with tracking, a delivery or an existing order, contact our team with your order number. We can help with your specific order.
Digital downloads
Digital products are files; no physical item is shipped. Check the individual listing for its contents. If you cannot locate or open a purchased download, contact us with your order number. Our Angel Policy applies.
Account and member access
Sign in to your account. For a billing question or help with Chapters, earlier kit content or Postcards, ask our team for help. Access depends on the original purchase or entitlement.

Subscription Schedule
We ship kits all around the world, and design without any reference to a particular month; so our kits can always be used in full regardless of when they are received. We also have a back catalog of available past kits, planner goodies, and digital/printable items which can be purchased while waiting for your subscription to start shipping
Postcards
When you subscribe, you are billed in advance for a kit that is shipped approximately 4 weeks after the subscription window for that kit closes.

While we always strive to factor in potential hiccups when estimating shipping dates, the timeframe from production to shipping can be fluid.
