We wanted to share a quick update regarding some slight delays to upcoming product releases, following a few unexpected events behind the scenes.

As many of you may know, Michael was recently involved in a serious bicycle accident and has since undergone multiple surgeries. During this time, Sami has taken on a more active role at home, supporting the kids and helping with his recovery. On top of that, Cyclone Alfred also brought some additional disruption to our area—needless to say, it’s been a bit of a perfect storm (pun slightly intended).

Due to all of this, the Chapter 15 pouch was approved a few days later than planned, as the final sign-off email came through during the height of these events and was understandably missed. The good news? The pouch is now with us and shipping has begun—just a little behind our original timeline.

We’re also currently in touch with our suppliers regarding PC01:Yodel, explaining the situation and seeing if there’s anything they can do to help us stay on track. At this stage, we don’t anticipate any major delays, but if anything does shift, we expect it to be minor—and of course, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Internally, this has been especially disappointing as we’ve worked incredibly hard over the past year to improve and get ahead. Please know we’re doing everything physically possible to minimise the impact and get back on top as quickly as we can.
