We are writing to apologise for the incorrect email you may have received about a subscription renewal charge on June 15th. That message was sent in error by our old subscription system, which was retired on June 1st.
Please rest assured that you will not be charged on June 15th, unless that is your chosen date. Your subscription is running on our new platform, and any upcoming charges will come from that system on their expected date. You can find all the information about your subscription including next charge date in your account under My Subscription.
