It's week two of 2020 and we are back into the swing of things. Watch or read on for some exciting news.

 Sakura - SUBSCRIPTIONS OPEN

Last week we showed a complete preview of this kit which you can watch here. Subscriptions are closing soon for this beautiful kit so subscribe now before they're sold out.

• Shipping
  Due to the lockdown that has happened in Brisbane over the last 3 days we are looking at shipping these at the end of our shipping window, on the 18th instead of the 15th like normal. We are still aiming for the 15th but more than likely will leave us on the 18th.
• New Subscription type - Sticker Subscription
  Starting with Sakura you can now subscribe to just the stickers in our kit. Find out more about this here.
  
• Subscriber Exclusives - Check them out here
  We've already started putting together the subscriber exclusive downloads for this kit. We will be sharing them later this week.
• Melody Release
  Stock is on it's way to us and we are so excited for this release. This kit will have a full release including two Melody (the standard Melody and a larger Melody which is HP/EC/A5 wide compatible). The date of release is still to be confirmed but we are hoping for late January.
• Luxe Inserts
  We are at the final stages of updating our Luxe inserts for Sakura. Because we were so close we decided to release Sakura with the new changes.
• Digital Creative Kit
  Sakura will be the next kit which will have a Digital Creative Kit. We are doing our best to get this done in time for release with the Melody.

UK Shipping

Not much has changed from last week unfortunately. We may have a solution but we're not quite sure if it's going to work out, we are just waiting for confirmation from DHL / HMRC. We are going to try it this month and see how it goes. We thank our UK customers in advance for your patience and understanding.

Customer Service Updates

Michael has been working hard on the customer service queue and is pretty much up to date. There are a few queries, and there will probably be more after the sales from this week. As per usual if he does take a while to get to you he will make it right.

FLASH SALE

Strap in because it's going to be a busy week. We are holding our first flash sales. We need to get this stock out because we have so much on the way, and quite frankly it's getting hard to move around the house. The first of which is happening TODAY and will be live for 24 hours!
