It includes a bunch of colouring in pages, journal prompts, as well as full and third box designs that you can use to deck out your planners.

Preorder Items Mini-FAQ
The following relates to the Chapters New Dawn and Q1 Release
When will these items fom the preorder ship?
Preordered items are expected to ship around Mid January 2024. We have an amazing warehouse partner who has been briefed and ready for this release. That being said, If the last few years have taught us anything, it is that there may be delays outside of our control, and if this happens we will keep you updated. Every effort is being made to meet our expected timeline!
Will you order more when you sell out?
Due to the minimums required with our partners we will not be restocking the items listed here, and the items are extremely limited. So if you love it, make sure you grab it as soon as you can.
Can I use my Hearts Discounts?
We know times are tough so we've worked out a little way to help you save and purchase some new planner goodies.
Early Bird discount - automatically applied to the products. You will see the discount shown on the product page but not split out in the cart/checkout)
Hearts discount - If you would like to use your hearts rewards towards a discount you need to redeem these through the Hearts Rewards panel and then enter the code in the checkout. This is then applied at the bottom in the total on the checkout page.
Are the products shown exactly what I'm ordering?
We've created mock ups to show you as close as possible what you're ordering and it will be updated as we get closer to shipping the product. All images shown are indicative only - there may be slight variations to colour and design size.
Can I order other items in my order that aren't part of the release?
You sure can, just keep in mind that all items in your order will ship together - so if you've purchased other items, please be aware that they'll ship once the preorder items are available.
Can I add to my order later?
Once you've placed your order it's locked away in our system, waiting for your goodies to arrive. We cannot change the contents of the order after being placed, but you can place additional orders.
What happens if the Pre Order doesn't reach the required quantity?
In the unlikely event that any one item as a part of this pre order event does not generate enough orders for us to meet the MOQ's of our suppliers, anyone who has purchased that item will have the item(s) in question cancelled and refunded from their order. If this happens, we'll email you and let you know the sad news.
