We wanted to provide an important update regarding CH14: Down the Rabbit Hole for those subscribed to Paper Lover.

During our quality check, we discovered an issue with one of the items.  To ensure that you receive the high-quality products you expect from us, we are working with our manufacturer to have the item remade. Unfortunately, this means that shipping for anyone that has Paper Lover will be delayed by approximately one week while we wait for the corrected product to arrive.

Who is Affected?

This delay only impacts subscriptions that include the Paper Lover kit from CH14. All other CH14 subscriptions that do not include it should have already shipped or will be shipping shortly—you should receive a shipping notification soon!
