Subscription Details

Subscriptions are charged on the 1st of the month and sent out on the 15th-18th. Your first subscription is charged on the day you place the order and the next will be on the first day of the month for the next kit. For example if you subscribe on the 29th August you will be charged for your first kit on the 29th August. Your next charge will be on the 1st October.

All transactions are billed to the equivalent value of the kit in AUD monthly. As such, there may be slight variations in your cost based on the exchange rate at the time of billing - the 1st of each month. Your bank may charge international transaction fees in addition to the exchange rate variation, depending on your location. Planners anonymous is not liable for these charges or variations.

Taxes and GST

Australian purchases include GST. No taxes are included for any other purchases, and you may be liable to pay taxes in your local jurisdiction, depending on local laws & regulations.

Shipping

The Planners Anonymous Kits are available worldwide and ship between the 15th and 18th each month. Shipping is free to the USA and Australia, most other locations are available at a small shipping fee.

Cancellations

There is a minimum subscription period of 2 months for all purchases. If, after your initial 2 month period you wish to unsubscribe, you may do so by logging in to your account and unsubscribing. You must unsubscribe prior to the 1st of the month, otherwise your cancellation will take effect in the following month.
